Ceremonial Bowl - Southeast Africa

This beautifully proportioned object, carved from a single block of wood, stands on four angled legs. The exact usage of this object is not known - the top surface is deeply concave, indicating that it was used as a prestige bowl.

Good condition with native repair of split on one side of bowl using triangular metal strips.
